Very Disappointing Experience – Refund Still Unresolved
I subscribed to Volza in February 2026, expecting reliable global trade data for my business. Unfortunately, they provided data access only for 2 months and they have given reasons that the data is not available for most of the countries they have promised and agreed, making the service un usable.
I raised the issue with Volza and requested a refund because the service was not provided as promised. Despite repeated communication, my concern has still not been satisfactorily resolved and the refund issue remains unresolved.
After paying 2600USD I received very little in return. I expected accurate data, transparency, and proper customer support. Instead, I have been left extremely disappointed.
My advice: They don’t provide the service they promised, please don’t go for Volza subscription.

Great information. It covered multiple LATAM countries, not just USA which is a big limitation with this type of search engine. Would recommend.
