Pathetic service
Pathetic service. No data available as they claim during the sales pitch. Once you buy the subscription, nobody responds to your calls and messages for 4-5 days straight. When questioned, they give lame excuses. Do not fall for the scam and waste your money and time.

Do not believe these reviews from these fake accounts! Volza are scum of the earth. As others have mentioned in their reviews, they published my full name and personal details on their website, and would not remove them when I asked. In fact, they replied to my emails several times over 3 months saying that they would do it immediately, and never did. Also, I have no idea how they got my home address and phone number. Stolen or bought from a database illegally no doubt. STAY FAR AWAY. Scam scam scam.

Worst Service and Data discrepancy
I regret to say that my experience with Volza has been highly disappointing. We encountered a critical data discrepancy Halfway through our one-year contract, We promptly reported the issue but, despite assurances that they were working on it, there has been no resolution till date, leaving us unable to use their data portal effectively for five months until February 2024.
The database's lack of accuracy raised concerns about the reliability of information.
What added to the frustration is the lack of transparency regarding a timeline for resolving the issue. Every time we inquired about progress, we were met with vague responses, and no concrete steps have been taken to address the problem.
Furthermore, when we requested a refund for the days of service disrupted, Volza refused, citing their reliance on third-party data sources.
In conclusion, based on this experience, I Would not recommend Volza to others who rely on timely and reliable data services.
