Super speedy service! I had been kindly gifted a voucher to spend with you, however had trouble having accessing with 2 step authenticator.

After contacting your team, the item was still awaiting in my online basket to be paid for, within minutes Emma B had resolved and my item has successfully been purchased using my gift voucher.

Efficiency, speed and overall politeness. Ordered online vouchers. My mistake, added an incorrect letter to the email address and therefore they weren't received by the recipient. I emailed Argos and within 5 mins I received a response from Kaye Tinsley. I generally expect poor customer care these days and then there goes Kaye, throwing it out of the water with a friendly helpful speedy response and resent to the correct recipient. Argos - these are the people we love to deal with -brilliant :)

My gift card voucher code was being sent to my US number instead of my UK number, so I was unable to access it. I called customer service, and Kaye Tinsley was phenomenal!
