John Lewis are always excellent and in this instance their customer services via Voucher Express was very efficient - I had an issue that was resolved literally within a few minutes. Kaye Tinsley helped sort out for me. Highly recommended!

I entered the wrong email address when ordering a halford gift voucher for my son! I emailed to see if it could be amended, thinking that it probably couldn’t.
