Lost pin…
I came across this Vex gift voucher in my Google wallet worried that it was out of date I went onto the website to redeem it I had to enter the voucher number but couldn't find the pin. I emailed them got a reply almost straight away telling me where to look for my pin, I'd like to say a big thank you to William with his help I can now use my gift voucher 👍

Delightfully sarcastic response from customer service. Thanks James! When I explained that the sticker on my John Lewis giftcard had flaked off, taking the pin code with it, I discovered it now has to go from Yorkshire to Kent to attempt a refund, since this is apparently the fault of Tesco in Margate. John Lewis really know how to treat their customers.

Unfortunately, as the gift card was purchased through Tesco rather than directly from us, we’re unable to process a replacement or refund ourselves. In cases like this, the retailer the card was purchased from is responsible for handling the issue with the card provider.
We’d also like to clarify that we do not have a team member called James, so we may not have been the company you intended to review.
We do hope you’re able to get this resolved with the original retailer as quickly as possible.

I ordered an National Garden e-gift voucher for my sister-in-law's birthday, Unfortunately I entered an incorrect email address. When I discovered this, I contacted the company. Kaye Tinsley very quickly responded, and sent the voucher to the correct address. The customer service was excellent.

Took a couple of days to be resolved, but he followed it up as promised and called me back twice to keep me informed and stayed on the phone to check that I had been able to complete the process.
