Very annoying system
Very annoying system. Had to re-enter card and pin multiple times and form doesn't allow their own number format with dashes. First time I tried to redeem it failed with error and had to start again. The redemption site has one job to do and does it badly.
And generally I think most people would rather get cash. Going through an annoying site is not a nice experience when getting a gift.

Bord Gais e-Gift card tangle sorted by Maisie
Got into a tangle trying to use Bord Gais Theatre e-Gift cards to purchase show tickets. I struggled with the user screens in the booking system, but Maisie in customer service was prompt, efficient and very helpful in getting the transaction over the line. Very good service by her.

I contacted John Lewis customer service after I entered the in correct email address for an e-gift card I had purchased. Kaye responded quickly and fixed my error without any problems insuring the e-gift card was sent to the correct email address. Thanks again Kaye for your great customer service.
