Useless Vox I had a 400mb line they Vox kept reducing my speed down to 100 if not lower I buffer on stream. Every 2 month I would call to restore my speed

Wow what a business to deal with! The frontend development of the home screen were you can access your profile and manage accounts are really stunning and you would think it would carry over to the backend of the business as well but alas it doesn’t. Its like buying a nice new pair of Nikes only to find out later that you shoes are Chinese made and it doesn’t deliver what was promised. I at this point where Im starting to know the call centre agents by just their voice. In one day I had to speak to 9 different people and still couldn’t get my account sort. Now it’s a new month, it is still showing my old line which according to my new account manager is not active, but on their wonderful frontend it shows that it was suspended. Because of the suspension, my new line is not working. I have already spoken to a few agents and they transfer me from the one to the next. Whatsapp is a joke and you can only get a responses from a chatbot which is useless if you try and sort out your account before 8 in the morning and facebook, promises but never delivers. If zero stars was an option, it would be a zero stars from me

Absolutely useless!! Vericred threatening my mother for almost 2 years about blacklisting her. There were two orders that got mixed up, the one router is still in the original packaging and never been used or connected. Yet they insist with VERICRED to keep putting charges on her non-existent account that should not even be active. I have sent countless emails saying they must let us know if they would like to collect the router or if we should drop it at the nearest VOX Office - no reply, the emails go quiet for a while as do the phone calls and it starts up again. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Vox Telecom.
After cancelling my contract, I informed Vox on multiple occasions that I did not have the time or means to return their router myself. I was assured that a courier would be arranged to collect the equipment from my home, but this never happened despite several follow-ups.
Since then, I have sent numerous emails and made multiple phone calls trying to resolve the matter, yet Vox continues to charge me for equipment they failed to collect. To make matters worse, the representative who recently contacted me regarding this issue was rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to assist in finding a solution.
As a customer, I have made every reasonable effort to cooperate and resolve this matter, but Vox has failed to honour their commitments and provide acceptable customer service. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to refer the matter to my legal counsel for further action.
I would strongly advise potential customers to consider this experience before choosing Vox Telecom.

I've had an frustrating experience with Vox. They sent an email announcing new prices. I requested a downgrade then was told it's for new clients only. I asked why they sent it to existing clients then. I asked whether I could cancel and have someone else come in as a new client.
We then called and was told that it was possible but there was a waiting period due to limited quoted.
I found the whole thing non-transparent, saying one thing and then going back on it.
I asked for my contract, they sent a document with no signatures but my information was typed on. The second one was a quote, with the quote expiry date on.
I therefore requested cancelation 2nd April, they cut the line just before the of end April as we went with Web Africa. Now I'm being invoiced for May.
When the lady said no claw back fees, I took it no further fees were required. She did not explain clearly from the get go and now I'm still stuck with paying when we did not even use their services.
