Every single advisor just repeats the same copy-pasted script. Ofcom regulations state a number transfer should take no longer than 1 working day, yet Vodafone/VOXI cannot even complete an INTERNAL network transfer in a week.
Day after day, I was told to "wait another 24 hours" by a different agent, all while being left entirely stranded with a total loss of service and a dead SIM card.
The final straw was the blatant staff retaliation. An agent explicitly promised me a free month of service as compensation for their system failure. However, the moment I asked how to raise an official complaint about the delays, the agent threatened me, stating I could no longer get the free month if I complained. Absolutely disgraceful conduct.
I have now been forced to activate a SIM with a completely different network just to have a working phone. As soon as their broken system finally allows me to request a PAC code, I am gone. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company.

Unable to access my online account for months, "customer service" can't resolve it. Can't phone them as my number isn't recognised as Voxi number and the line cuts off. Live chat is painfully slow. Told on Chat that I'll be disconnected if I don't reply for 2 minutes, and yet it takes the agent nearly 5 minutes to reply to each message! Can't request my own PAC ("From Vodafone [Voxi is part of them]: Sorry, something's gone wrong with your request. Can you contact your service provider so we can get things sorted for you?"). Not even an app to use. Regret switching to VOXI.

Communicated with Kamlesh on 1 July. The assistant was so lazy and kept asking me the same question for 15 minutes (15 minutes of wasted time!) instead of verifying this information from the responses provided by me earlier on a chat to which the assistant had access. Terrible experience especially given that the assistant couldn’t help me with a simple task at the end! Awful! I would not recommend anyone using VOXI

Literally the worst network in the UK. No coverage. 0 customer service. Their bot doesn't even work. I've messaged a few times when needing help and just get stonewalled. And that's if I get a response AT ALL. The only thing this network has is how cheap it is. If you have to use voxi. Use it while you look for an actual contract and switch away as fast as you can. This network is proactively bad.

So far so good, I really like the amount of data for the price I pay! Voxi drops and referral scheme are great, I loved the coco chocolate. Service can be a little bit slow in some places but decent coverage, EE was excellent everywhere but terrible when it had no coverage, voxi is definitely less fast but better coverage where I need it.

Ordered a pixel 10a with sim. I wasn't satisfied with the phone and wanted to make a return. For a full week now the live chat support agents have been telling me there is a techinical issue preventing my return. I was also disconnected from the chat multiple times without reason.

I took a mobile phone contract with this company about 3 years ago. I have been out of the country for a year came back and discovered they have closed my account and reallocated my number. If I am happy to pay and not use the sim what right do they have to cancel my number? The numbskulls said they texted me, they can see I am not using the sun so why text? An email would have worked. Absolutely steaming. Makes no sense I am happy to pay and not use so they are getting money for nothing !!!! Someone there needs to learn some business sense and some common sense would not go amiss.
