Our trip to Tuscany was excellent value for money with a well situated and very nice hotel including half board. The excursions to Florence, Pisa and Cinque Terre, were very well organised and we we had no problems. The train station was ten minutes from the hotel and the train tickets were sent to us via WhatsApp. We also had clear instructions where to meet our guide. It was all very easy.
My only issue at the time of booking was the mention of "full coverage of your car hire" on the contract to find that in fact, this applied to the insurance of the car hire only. The wording was misleading although to be fair, I thought the £100 quoted were rather cheap for a car hire!! In any event, Voyage Privé deducted those £100, which was much appreciated. I have travelled with Voyage Privé before and have always been satisfied both by the service as well as the offers themselves.
I will certainly look again for my next trip!

I wont bore you with all the details but VP failed to deliver on a promised booking of a short but expensive holiday for my wife and two young daughters. After a long battle with their so-called support team (who’s office was closed at the time of the problem - surprise), an insulting and pathetic tiny cash offer was made by way of what they considered compensation. Of course, this didn’t come even close to putting right the huge disappointment of my family, particularly children in floods of tears when they were unable to access their hotel on arrival. VP didn’t seem to have any concept of the real upset having flown my family half way across the world only to not deliver what was promised and paid for. All they want to do is blame the local hotels - from which they themselves recover costs for failures. So who got shafted? - the stranded customers of course. Be very careful using this company if you think they have your back. They don’t.

Voyage Privé is always my first choice booking a holiday. Never felt!

Refused to either reroute my flights through the Middle East to the Maldives or refund the cost of the trip despite regulations stating they should do this while the UK government were advising against all travel to the UAE. After two months, and after pressure from ABTA they said they had made a refund but they had not. I had to raise a claim through my credit card provider and Voyage Prive did not confirm to them that they would pay, meaning I had to wait the full 45 days the bank give the supplier to respond to the dispute before they take the money back and refund the customer. Needless to say, I will not be using Voyage Prive again.

I have been a Voyage Prive customer since 2018 and have found it difficult to book with other travel agencies since.

I love the 5 star experiences with all of their deals. The destination options are amazing too.

Glad we used this company. We chose a tour of the Andalusian region of Spain. The hotels selected ticked all boxes. The tour suggestions were spot on. Will definitely be using again.

Lovely hotel, great price. Misleading offer. Implication (verified as misleading in a chat with one of your staff) was that transfers to hotel from airport were included. They were not. Do check fine details!

From the initial booking process to the customer care during the weekend break, Voyage Prive delivered very well.

It’s all very simple , no hidden extras , you pay the price your quoted ….. just watch out for the airlines baggage costs … they change daily !!!

Price and quality

Very enjoyable holiday with Voyage Privé and would use them again. Easy booking, which was a great offer with plenty of time to pay if needed. The flights and transfers were very good and all on time. The location was a long way from the airport (2.5hours going) and was a taxi ride from the nearest town but the hotel complex had everything. It was only to go gift shopping we needed to get a taxi but did had a couple of local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

I’ve booked with this company four times in the past, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Based on how this has been handled, I would strongly advise others not to book with them.

The level of customer service has been extremely poor. They were unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no willingness to resolve a straightforward issue. When I requested airport transfers, I was told: “As your departure is now only a few days away, we would unfortunately be unable to guarantee arranging airport transfers through our service within the remaining timeframe.”

However, when I checked their own system, I was still able to book deals that included transfers without any issue. This contradiction makes their response feel inaccurate and unreliable.

Overall, the lack of support, inconsistent information, and unwillingness to assist has completely undermined my trust in this company. After multiple bookings with them, this will be my last.

I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere — companies like Expedia are far more reliable and actually provide proper customer support.

False advertisement. Went to my hotel which the ad showed id get sea view and private pool. When we turned up, there was only a farm view. No pool. They offered a £80 refund knowing they could offer more but they took advantage. I paid over £1300 for this trip. Disappointing. Book elsewhere

Excellent trip. Lovely hotel great flights and the added excursions helped to create a fun packed adventure. Great base for exploring the city
Good service from the start to finish

I've used the voyage prive a number of times sometimes for simple overnight stays. The other times for full vacations. Our most recent one was in Costa Rica and the itinerary made was both curated and perfectly executed. There was real in country experience and expertise.
