I ordered a spoiler for my Defender. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast to the US, packaging was good and the quality was great. Highly recommend their products and company.

Although led to believe that p&p was included for items over £50, I was charged nearly £10 postage on a £192 order. Items were received in good order and very promptly, just peeved I wasn't forewarned about p&p.

So we finally bought a new Defender - we’ve been wanting one for quite a while. We bought an Urban 110. When it arrived it was beautiful, & all black. However, we knew it could look even better. We did lots of searching online for Defender accessories & were pretty disappointed when we realised that we’d have to settle for the standard LR roof rack & ladder - which featured lots of silver in them. Now, Steve Jobs famously said “Do not settle .. never settle”. And so we didn’t settle - we continued our search & that’s when we came across VULKAN. Wow, they had every new Defender accessory you could ever dream of - accessories for the interior as well as for the exterior. And most importantly, they did the roof rack & ladder in ALL BLACK. So, we ordered a bundle of black colour-coded accessories, including an all-black roof rack & an all-black ladder. After getting in touch with them to discuss delivery options, they arranged to deliver everything on a Friday evening by themselves as it was quicker than using a courier! That’s the kind of customer service you get from VULKAN.

We struggled to find someone local to fit everything, so I contacted them again to ask if they had an approved fitter or something similar. After some discussion, they suggested transporting my Defender up to their workshop to fit everything, as well as re-painting the remaining plastic bumper & door trim to gloss black.

We are absolutely delighted with the final result. Our Defender now has to be one of the meanest, most aggressive-looking, stealth-like Defenders out there! A big shout-out especially to David, Craig & George who, with masses of enthusiasm & super hard work, made it all possible.

The guys at team VULKAN are extremely passionate about the new Defender. Their accessories elevate the already beautiful new Defender to another level. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for new Defender accessories.

Took a couple of days to arrive but wasn't really in a hurry for it. It is well made and makes use of the underfloor storage, allowing for things to be stored in the different sections. Very happy with the product and the service
