WaEV was great, the installers were great. They did adjust the position of the cable (for the better) but would have appreciated a heads-up before deviating from previous discussions, always good to check first.

Very swift to carry out installation. Guys were friendly and helpful.

Mohsin returned all calls when he said he would and sent promptly, clear instructions by email. It was a pleasure dealing with Mohsin who provided instructions that solved the issue and he followed up with a call to check everything was ok. I wish all customer service centres were as proficient and professional as Waev

Well priced lovely design and fast delivery. Fitting was originally booked earlier but let down by electrician twice. Thanks to Elliot great customer service was sorted for Sunday morning 21st June in the morning excellent safe tidy installation in the end. Would and have definitely recommend!

Excellent experience with waEV, it was not a straight forward install as I had a 35m cable run but the installers were fantastic and did the job perfectly, other installers I had out to quote balked at the work involved. Moss has been very helpful and even arranged a refurb charger with some discount that went towards the extra cable run costs. Not the prettiest charger but perfect for what I need and at a great price. I really wish the charger had Homeassistant intergration however!

From start to finish the process was speedy and transparent.
I received a text the day before installation confirming a time. Steve turned up bang on time and was brilliant, despite working in the scorching heat.

We did some research before deciding to order with Wave. They had excellent reviews so we decided to go ahead and order with them. Despite having some initial issues with arranging for an electrician to attend at our address the installation took place quickly and efficiently. Thanks to Elliot who personally intervened to quickly arrange our installation. Communication was good throughout and we are very pleased.

Great experience throughout, easy booking, installed in just over a week, very professional throughout. I had issues on boarding with octopus which was sorted through whatsapp chat within half an hour. I couldnt reccomend enough!
