Exceptional service by waev
I made contact via website at the weekend, had the servey emailed on Monday and contact on Tuesday to book instalation, which was exactly a week later.
Great service, pleasant customer service and efficient and polite engineer. I couldn't fault them.

Terrible customer service and technical support
I had a charger installed a month ago and I still can't use my solar panels to charge my car. I have had numerous calls and emails from tech support and customer services who just tell me to "bear with me".
It's got to the point where I have requested that they uninstall it and refund me.
Update
Through the intervention of the MD we eventually sorted it. I have revised the score up from 1 to 2.

Excellent service
The service from waEV-charge was excellent. I ordered my home EV charger on Monday, with an expected installation within 3 weeks. However, 2 days later I had a call saying there was a slot on Friday morning, 4 days after the order.
On the installation day, the engineer was very polite and pleasant. He was also very efficient and completed the job in just under an hour.
My only slightly negative point is that the contact team did not respond when I asked if they could tell me the approximate time of the installer's arrival, rather than just "a.m." as their text message had said.

Totally disappointed after the installation
Thought everything was fine, until I found out that it should not have been installed until work/Fuse had to be ungraded BEFORE the installation + I was Told it was ok to use my Charger?.
I have not used it since & now waiting for the upgrade!!.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!.

My experience with this company was excellent from the very first contact. Elliot answered all of my questions clearly and professionally, making the whole process feel straightforward and reassuring.
I booked an installation which was streamlined and easy to arrange, but unfortunately due to personal circumstances I had to cancel the following day. The customer service team handled this quickly, with genuine empathy and understanding, which made a difficult situation much easier.
Overall, it was a world-class customer experience and when I’m ready to go ahead with my EV charger installation, this company will absolutely be my first point of call.

Excellent company
Initially there was a problem with the installer letting them and me down but Elliot could not have been more helpful in getting the situation resolved. He pulled out all the stops to get the charger installed and the guys who turned up were very professional and did a lovely job. Very reasonable price with 0% finance…
Very reasonable price with 0% finance options and had no issues so far with the charger. Install was completed in around a week after order and the electrician who completed the install was excellent and explained everything I needed to know.
