WagePoint is an AWESOME platform for businesses to pay their team. Easy to pay salaried and hourly staff, auto calculate stat pay and pay your payroll taxes. Easier than QBO (QuickBooks Online) which we used for 5 years. Highly recommend. Only feature that would be good to have is sending out invitations for teams to fill out their own info (T4, email et al) and to import from QBO with a CSV file. Otherwise great app that saves time. Thank you WagePoint.

Great customer Service
Has been a very easy process doing payroll wagepoint-and whenever I needed something extra, or had a question...step by step instructions have either been e-mailed to me, or I have received a phone call and been guided to exactly what I need.

It would be great to have access to a live agent who can help at the time in need, instead of waiting for a callback, which usually does not work because I am usually not available at the time of the callbacks.
