Improvments
It is a really really great payroll program, however it needs some adjustments. It is good to have customer services to assist whenever you have a problem or a question, but i should be allowed to do adjustments instead of opening a ticket for something like adjusting month or updating some information from previous months. Also it would be really time saving if your customer can adjust amounts of receiving money either by cheque or by direct deposit and i ofcourse need to be able to print the T4 for the employees for example someone is not using emails how will that employee receive his T4. These are the main points that need adjustments.

The things I like most about Wagepoint are Direct deposit, automatic running of monthly payroll, creation and submission of T4s, integration with QuickBooks, responsive customer support, good value, an employee portal.

Love it most of the time
Love it most of the time. Only time discontent happens is when staff quit and have to be paid out in an "off cycle pay" and doing the final holiday pay etc. Insructions are confusing. The assistance provided is always great and for us is fairly prompt

I don't know what's happening to your app but I encounter the same issue each time I try to login. Now, I cannot login because it says "invalid username". I hit the "forgot password" and here I am being bounced back and forth from hitting Reset password in your email to Restore Password and back to Reset... It is soooo frustrating.
