Great payroll program for small business
Very easy to use program once setup and setup was not hard. They are willing to customize some reports as needed. Support has always been responsive.
I have looked at Gusto and other payroll apps, but none beat Wagepoint on price with similar functionality.
Cons: We have had a few instances where SUI and FUTA were not updated automatically in Wagepoint. So we continue to double check the number every quarter/yearly. Not a big deal but the only issue I have found.

Wagepoint is very user friendly
Wagepoint is very user friendly and easy to learn. It is quick and simple and integrates with my accounting software so I don't have to worry about journal entries every time. Customer support is knowledgeable, quick and friendly.

Your a payroll company and should stand behind your decisions or actions regarding wage subsidies and handle the representations or have someone to explain where CRA is coming from and why the client still has to pay. We use the company to have completely accurate service on time and to save penalties and wasted time on CRA representations.

Usually the service is quick efficient
Usually the service is quick efficient, impeccable. Recently we had. Payroll issue and we submitted a question online but did not get an answer as there seemed to be a glitch in the website. Otherwise we are very happy with the service and support and reminders. We switched from ADP and what a word of difference!
