The "service fee" is a scam! They are already charging a delivery fee and you need to tip the driver. They say the service fee is meant to pay for their marketing and overhead. If that is true, then what the hell is the delivery fee for?

Drivers that can't Deliver
You should not have delivery drivers that have disabilities delivering food. My driver told me I had to come outside to meet her to receive my food order. I was expecting it delivered to my door.
