Order was a slight bit longer than expected but we were kept in the loop. We ordered a pizza and it was delicious, though it did not arrive hot.

I was very pleased with Asap's delivery of my food order.
May I suggest, however, that you add a feature which I've been using when I order groceries thru Instcart.
After an Instacart order has been delivered, I am able to add an extra tip.
If Asap had such a feature, I would have done that today.

Ordering is easy and checkout with promo code and credit card was a snap!
Delivery was faster than Door Dash who has drivers delivering other orders along with mine, slowing my order down!
I can even order liquor, wine or beer from some places!

Worst delivery company ever. Missing food ($25 meal) called restaurant and they said that this happens all the time. I was told that I would have to contact ASAP, ASAP HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Waited over two hours for different orders multiple times. One order they served an underage minor 12% four Loko (FOUR OF THEM), never was carded. I have so many stories, I can keep going on…DON’T EVER ORDER FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!!

Fast delivery, accurate order, pleasant/polite driver.

Terrible service. Left to pizza in front of the door without ringing door bell. 1/2 hour in the cold. Took them 30 minutes to pick up the pizza from restaurant after it was ready.
Customer service nonexistent. 20$ for delivery and tip.

ASAP has a great selection of restaurants. They have really great promotions during the holidays. They deliver on time and the food is delicious. I will keep using ASAP!

Restaurant accepted order promptly and food was delivered hot.

I had placed an order in another city for carryout. The person who was picking up for me had to work late & would not be able to get to the bakery before they closed. ASAP was able to cancel the order for me & my money was refunded to me. Excellent service!

La Casona is a favorite "in-person" restaurant but sometimes it's just too busy or lazy a day to go out for dinner.
