Never Again...
ASAP changed from delivery of carryout while my order was being processed. I was unable to pick up the food and it was not delivered. I tried to get a refund and was denied. Been a customer for four years and will never use again. Way to lose a customer over $44...also the restaurant used is no longer going to use them. DoorDash has turned out to be much better and I have deleted all ASAP apps!
Disastrous experience last night
Disastrous experience last night. Warning! ASAP canNOT deliver right now; only pickup! We ordered from a couple different restaurants without realizing that ASAP could NOT deliver and thought initially it was a restaurant problem and not ASAP. It was posted on the front but it was not obvious so when it came up that we had paid for each dinner but it was for pickup (we had guests and could not pickup), we tried to cancel immediately. They honored one cancellation but not the other one, which I was charged for. I am furious with this response. And, it turned what should have been an easy night with guests into a massive problem. Will NEVER NEVER use ASAP again. Not just because of the problem they caused, but that they could have refunded us and I would remain a fan. This kind of short-sighted customer response is why companies go out of business. Good luck.
Terrible service
Terrible service . Wanted something delivered but well it was carryout only why would I go through a delivery service to go pick up my own order ? Anyway they would not refund my money and there is not anyway to get in touch with them on the phone. Do not use this app go to DOOR DASH.
I placed an order today for delivery
I placed an order today for delivery. Only to find out an hour later that they didn’t have any drivers today so my order was sitting at the restaurant waiting for me to pick it up. There was no warning about this on the app.
I tried to speak to someone with ASAP and that’s not possible. You have to chat with someone. I was told they had no drivers. Tough luck. In the recent past they have been making a lot of mistakes with orders and deliveries. I will be closing my account and never using them again.
TERRIBLE DRIVER SERVICE
I was reading the reviews and they are old. Their driver service is horrid. I placed an order today in the am and their driver canceled at 6p without giving me any opportunity to reply. He could not text in English. I speak Spanish but how could he assume that I do? I was going to tip him extra for the wait, it being the 31st. I will never order from this place again. I will stick to Uber Eats and Doordash which are dependable.

Drivers are picking up more then one order so our food is always cold. They need a lesson in customer service.
Biased Business
My first time using the app, I did not receive my order, and I was denied a refund, and not even offered a credit. Asap/Waitr rep stated that the driver could not find me, but the driver neither an ASAP/Waitr representative tried to contact me. I give them a -1.
Worst company I ever ordered food…
Worst company I ever ordered food through. I placed an order 3 minutes from my office, driver took over a hr to never deliver my food being they dropped off 2 other orders besides mine on the opposite side of town. I contacted customer support which is useless showed them pictures of the gps of their driver on the opposite side of town. They never delivered my food to me after waiting a hr, asked for a refund or credit so I can place another order and they refused to credited my refund and closed the chat. Oh and they also accused my employees of stealing my food. I have screenshots of the chat with customer support of accusing my employees of stealing and also screenshots of the driver that never made it to my office. Very disappointed for paying for food I never got and for ASAP not issuing a refund or even a credit. I’ll be sure to delete this app.
I will never accept this company for a delivery
I will never accept this company for a delivery order again. I did not approve additional fees for delivery and service fees. My cost of my order for Chinese food jumped from $64.68 to $91.76. I communicated with customer service that I suspect they have an option programmed into their software that IF a customer doesn't decline the final price in a certain time frame, then it automatically accepts. This is an unsatisfactory business practice. I requested a refund of the service fee and delivery fee that I DID NOT APPROVE. They declined and asked for my business in the future. Please pass this review forward so others are not subjected to this approach.
Ridiculous fees
Ordered food for delivery by ASAP from a Thai restaurant in Covington LA and realized that the cost of the order wound up being 40% above the cost of the food. Fees are exorbitant!
I had 2 experiences and both were bad
I had 2 experiences and both were bad! The first time I ordered from a restaurant around 8:00, the order was never delivered. When I called they had gotten behind and just didn’t pickup. Today I decided to give them another chance, I ordered at 5:30, I contacted the restaurant to see if the order was ready, when I contacted ASAP they said they didn’t have a driver. This was a waste of time and money. I will never order as a customer again!
Never mind
I am looking at the positive reviews here and wondering why my experiences were so different. I loved delivery dudes, but these guys took over and I gave the three chances. Each time they just cancelled my order and never even contacted me. That was the last time for me!
People do not use this company
People do not use this company, ever since they took over delivery Dude they have been horrible not trustworthy. Extremely unprofessional. I have given them about 5 chances and today was my last. I placed an order and received a text from the driver that they left my food at the wrong customer and will go get my order to delivery but then i looked on the app and saw that the order was canceled no call, text or email nothing. Please do not use this company, this company is not reliable and extremely unprofessional.

The only bad thing was, whoever our driver was, came to the door, didn’t ring the doorbell, and just sat our food on the ground. They left before we could even say thank you. Thankfully, our doorbell alert chimed and we knew our order had arrived. No complaints with our order or the restaurant at all.

ASAP driver handled my food with care
I ordered Menudo from Margaritas and when the driver picked up the food and was in route he kept me updated. Delivery was fast and clean. When I say clean I ordered a soup, in the past other services I have used by the time it got to me the soup had leaked all into the bag and was messy. Great experience using this ASAP app.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I placed an order for over $100. Delivery time was stated at just over an hour but, okay. Driver picked it up at around 25 min and then proceded to park in the same location a few miles from the retaurant for over 40 min. I contacted customer service and was given the run around. Offered $5 for the delay. I asked to cancel the order as it had been sitting for a while at that point. I was asked to give the customer rep "a moment" and about 10 min later the driver was on the move and the rep came back and said a refund wasn't possible but to contact them again after the food had been delivered. 2 hours after we ordered, the food was delivered. None of us were comfortable eating the food that had been sitting around for over an hour in the car so I contacted customer service again. Chatted with 3 different reps who all said that policy was $30 refund and nothing else they could do. What a scam. They do not do their job ...safe food delivery. I will not use them again, and I will be letting the restaurant know as well. Over $100 in the trash. App is being deleted from my phone.
Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. I ordered food and never rec'd. I tried contacting and they will not let you speak to a live person or manager. The proceeded to tell me my order was picked up and since it was picked up there was nothing they could do. So they basically stole $33 from me. This company is a scam and not to be trusted.....
