Last 2 attempts I tried to order

Last 2 attempts I tried to order. Both times waited over 10mins for order to be accepted. Both times went to door dash and order was accepted immediately. I am sticking to door dash

I’ve been robbed my ASAP/Waitr

I placed a delivery order with ASAP 4/20/23 at 7:02pm. My ETA was 8:16-8:46pm. I waited until 9pm and did not get my food order delivered. I called the restaurant I ordered food with to confirm that my order was picked up by ASAP. They confirmed, yes. I contacted ASAP and asked Sage O., the customer service representative where is my order/it was not delivered. Sage O. stated that the ASAP delivery driver either sent my food to the wrong address or could have kept it for themselves. I asked for my refund and I will never do business with ASAP/Waitr again. I will make sure to pass this down to others who think about using ASAP/Waitr for food delivery.

Do not wast your time downloading this…

Do not waste your time downloading this app they are never on time always one and a half hours to two hours late. Customer service is horrible. They never get back to you with any complaints stick with door Dash. This is the first review, but I have had four different incidents on my job site and two at home . I missed delivery dudes

Just ordered from them

Just ordered from them. The delivery driver forgot my drink and my food was cold. Customer Service did not answer my texts and they all started turning red. I started 3 chats and my messages turned red and kept saying error. Do NOT use ASAP!!!!!
