My driver was super sweet! The ordering process and wait time was trash due to a technological issue, but my driver was so sweet. The elderly should not be working, breaks my heart.

HORRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! This company should not even be in business.
I ordered food at 1:30 pm and ETA was 2:20 pm. Guess what - at 3:00 pm it was still not delivered!! Started and online chat and told it was delivered at 1:45 pm - no way and a lie. Then given blah blah information that they try to get dependable people and 3rd party supervisor would be informed . I do not care and just want my food. I cancelled the entire order. Argued with them for a half an hour that I expect a full refund to my card. We will see if I get it. This was the first time to use ASAP and will never do it again. We went back to Doordash who we have used many times and never an issue.

Super fast & friendly delivery. Our driver insisted on handing the items directly to me and warned me the items were hot and heavy. She was exceptional.

Utensils for our meal weren't placed in the order which made it difficult to eat while at the park.

It took less than an hour to prepare AND receive my order. The deliverer was super nice and called because the GPS took her to a location behind my residence. She wanted to make sure that the right person received their food. On top of that the food itself was AWESOME! Kudos to the restaurant as well as the deliverer!!!

Terrible Service! Don’t believe any good reviews. They will make you wait and then apologize and say the restaurant is closed. We waited almost 2 hours on a holiday and we were told the restaurant closed.

When it was delivery dudes it was the best! Now they have SHI**Y people who deliver SHI**Y food and horrible customer service! They wouldn’t redeliver or give me credit after showing them my food was burnt! Never again! After years of using them they do this!

The food was great and hot. My delivery was right on time to the minute.

They deliver to the wrong home- after they were late- then they refuse to pick it up from the wrong home and bring it to you and could care less that you and your children are hungry. They tell you to order again and wait two hour and are rude to boot!

I wanted to tip AFTER the food got here, but i was not able to add tip to the order, i didn't want to tip before it got here in case it was a terrible delivery. Tips should be able to be added on the app AFTER delivery.
