My driver Miss M from ASAP decided to leave my food on someone else’s doorstep and she said she rang the doorbell. I’m in apartment complex. We can’t have doorbells.She didn’t even bother to call me!! She obviously can’t read!!

The food was great. The delivery time was great, but for the second time in a row our food was left at the door without the door bell being rang. The first time the food was ice cold by the time we found it.

Fast, efficient and courteous service

So placed a order, showed food was delivered but yet it wasn't have security cameras set up around my house but called us a liar I will never use waitr again

Delivery driver just left the food at the door. They didn't knock out ring the door bell. About the time we found the food sitting there it was cold.

Absolute sham. Their app gave us a completely different meal than what we ordered. Then after reporting it to the restaurant and ASAP, we were told that we returned the food to the restaurant so we forfeited any kind of reimbursement for the wrong order. Do not give them your business, you’ll just lose out.

Normally ordering CPK thru asap is OK - not perfect but OK. Sometimes the wrong items are delivered. NEVER had this problem with Delivery Dudes. Tonight you website that every single item I wanted to order was not longer available. I called California Pizza. Every single item I wanted is still available. asap's customer service could not tell me what the problem was. So I will no longer use asap

My food is always hot and on time, my drivers are always friendly and helpful. Any time I've ever had to reach out to customer service, the experience has always been pleasant and quick. I highly recommend this company!

Food was still hot when delivered nothing was missing

Perhaps the only recommendation would be to choose to have the meal delivered within a suggested timeframe. The meal I ordered was a gift for a family with a new baby. Because it was Valentines Day, I ordered early, but they also received it early and it’s hard to reheat a burger.
