They Don't Read The Notes for Directions

I ordered from a FAST FOOD restaurant EXACTLY one mile from my residence. They went to the wrong building in the apartment complex, even though the buildings are numbered and I have explicit directions for where my apartment is. It took 20 minutes after pickup to deliver to a location one mile away. My food was freezing cold by the time it got to me.

Good, but too expensive.

Restaurant selection and ease of use for the app are positives.

However, the fees are way too expensive. Almost twice as much as other delivery services. I only use ASAP as a last resort because of this.

I definitely recommend this was my first time trying asap and I loved I just can't stand that captain D's did me so dirty they gave me 4 little pieces of fish like I'm a child and I don't appreciate that the food was alright I'm just happy I stay in Marion AR because they would never do that to me

I've been using their food delivery service for quite some time. My orders are correct, the delivery is prompt and professional, and their delivery fees are reasonably priced.

Simple ordering

Simple ordering, a bit of a long sign up process. Would be nice if you had the ability to also provide instructions to the driver like gate code. Also ability to track the delivery would be nice as you never know if they are coming directly too you or have 4 other deliveries on the way. As it was I was standing on the street already when I got a text from the driver.
