Non-Conforming Product and Unacceptable Customer Support

I ordered three pairs of mini shin pads through your platform. Your system allows customers to design and approve a visual preview before purchase. That preview represents the product I am paying for.

Two pairs (bright colors with black text) were produced correctly. The black pair with white text was delivered with text that is effectively unreadable.

This is not a matter of “thin strokes.” It is a matter of the delivered product not matching the approved preview in any reasonable, usable sense.

Key points:

1. Five days for an initial response is well below acceptable customer support standards.

2. The argument that your production is “automated” and cannot be reviewed is irrelevant to me as a customer. Your internal process is not my responsibility.

If the production process cannot faithfully reproduce the approved design, the product should not be shipped without contacting the customer.

The preview shown at purchase constitutes a representation of the final product. What I received does not meet that representation.

I ordered photo ‘dobble’ type cards

I ordered photo ‘dobble’ type cards. The process and uploading was traumatising! The site kept crashing and I ordered 2 by accident due to the issues. But the product is excellent and fantastic quality. Im now pleased I accidentally ordered 2 and it was worth the stress in the end.

Ordered the personalised Who’s Who game.

Was not disappointed, as it arrived really quickly and great quality.

The game ‘of the family members’ has already provided a lot of fun and enjoyment

Too small and not glow in the dark

I filled up entire box area and the tattoos are far smaller than advertised. Like why less than half the size they are meant to be. Also paid for glow in the dark which it isn’t in the slightest. Fuming as they are not cheap. Completely not what I ordered

Where do you send a complaint ?

Where do you send a complaint ?
I ordered a dog collar with instructions re name and mobile number.
Received dog collar but no name or mobile number on collar as requested.
Tried emailing company but all emails just bounced back.

horendus customer care

horendus customer care! avoid. my design looked nothing like the preview when finishing my custom item. I received it with the image not filling the item completely with a thick white line around it they insisted that they made it correctly and that if they were to re-make it it would turn out the same because it was correct so couldn't do anything to help and wouldn't even offer me a refund or even meet halfway only offering a 50% off another item no way am I ordering anything else from this company plus they're not in the UK there in Spain. avoid them they will just keep you running around in circles even marking the ticket I created as resolved before id even finished responding!

Still yet to receive an order placed at…

Still yet to receive an order placed at the start of December and now in the middle of January and the item still hasn’t arrived, they stated it would take max up to two weeks for this to arrive, yet have not received any update from Wanapix, rather their delivery service company updates which haven’t changed for the past three weeks, saying it has been stuck in France. Each time I have tried to email the company from their email address, the emails have bounced back as the adress doesnt exist which is just even more concerning. I clearly should have read the reviews as people seem to be having the same issues as I am having right now. This is unacceptable from them.

Low Quality rubbish…

This review is for Wanapix.ie whose work it turns out is done in Spain ,anyway paid over €34 for total rubbish shinpads,the photos are way darker than the ones I provided clearly a waste of money as obviously no quality control.I won't deal with them again, low quality shoddy work at an expensive price .Nowhere near good enough

excellent

I can only go on the looks and feel of the Tablecloth but it looks amazing, and feels pretty good. The coasters are also good.. As these are Christmas presents I am unable to qualify their use, but expect a positive response once opened at Christmas.

New watch

I was a little bit sceptical using this site but I have to say the goods came through OK. It did take a few weeks to get here and the lack of communication was worrying but again they came through. I gave no complaints.
