Great comms throughout and resolved very quickly

I needed to make a warranty claim recently for a faulty TPMS sensor. The service department in my local dealership told me that it was all very straightforward getting the repair authorised. I phoned up Warranty Admin Services afterwards to check how I claimed back the cost of the work and a very helpful person told me where to email the receipt etc. My email was responded to very quickly and I now await the refund from Hendy themselves.

I am very happy with the service provided so far.

Excellent service given to negotiate a query with the car firm after requiring repair work on my car. This resulted in money refunded after a down payment was requested for exploring the problem which should have been covered under the warranty.

Our warranty did not cover the unit which went wrong in our car leaving us facing a substantial bill , only 32 days after buying a second hand Astra . This was something which could not have been forseen and rather stressful ,
Fortunately, Tara from WAS quickly and without being prompted negotiated a goodwill payment from the dealership which covered 80% of the bill .

We’ve been facing a huge bill from BMW to get my car fixed. It was extremely stressful experience to say least… all until I phoned and spoke to Tara! What an amazing lady she is. She helped me to relax and explained that we will get reimbursed in full as all was authorised. Even though the issue was not covered under the warranty they told me this should have not come the way it did and told me to send them the receipt for the work done and they would talk to the dealer and try get me refunded which they did fast and promptly also.

I had the diamond warranty. A minor problem (MOT failure item) arose with my suspension.

It was easy to contact the firm. They answered the phone quickly. Their agent was helpful quick and decisive.

My repair was undertaken by a third party garage. I settled the garages invoice and received the agreed repayment for the repair promptly to my full satisfaction.

Tara, the person who took my call, made, what was an anxious time for my daughter, a pleasurable experience when dealing with the warranty claim. She was efficient, knowledgeable and sympathetic. Yes, I wasn't expecting that response either! I was expecting her to try and find a reason not to pay the garage. The garage wanted payment from us, because of their previous negative responses from other Warranty companies. However, after I passed on her details, they too were impressed with her professionalism. I would highly recommend this company, and in particular Tara. X
