Great customer service from Mark.

Mark was excellent. He was very clear, patient, and took the time to explain all of the features and benefits in detail. I really appreciated that he focused on providing helpful information rather than using a hard-sell approach. His knowledge, professionalism, and straightforward explanation made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable. I felt informed and confident in my understanding of the product because Mark explained everything in a clear and easy-to-follow way.

I received a call from Mark, at WSG a few day after buying my car, and he reminded me what I had purchased from them (considering there is a lot of documentation to review with a new car). He also sent through a copy of the documentation. Mark was friendly, concise, and efficient.

I had a welcome call this morning after taking out a 12 month warranty plan with WSG for the first time. The gentleman Mark who called me was great. He answered my questions clearly, and helped me understand the plan I’m on, giving me some advice as a first time car owner. Great craic! Thanks Mark :)

I had a fantastic experience with Warranty Solutions Group, especially Mark Warren.

Mark was friendly, polite and went above and beyond to help. My garage had been unable to get through to authorise the work on my car, so Mark took it upon himself to contact the garage directly and sort everything out.

He clearly explained the claims process to both me and the garage, and had everything authorised and resolved within 10 minutes. The whole experience was completely seamless and took away what could have been a stressful situation.

Absolute waste of a policy. Had Gold cover which was provided by the garage I bought the car from.

Upon having my car diagnosed by a mechanic I needed a new thermostat which was supposed to be covered.

The oil leak I had apparently isn’t covered in the Gold Policy!

I was asked to get a quote off an independent garage to keep the Labour down and send in the invoice.

The Labour came in at £40ph of which the warranty company only wanted to pay £36ph!

Then the thermostat which was £89 they only wanted to cover £43!

This is despite me being covered for up to £2000 in repairs. Stay away they have multiple clauses to get out of paying for anything and even with they do they will only cover part of that.

Paul K from WSG was extremely helpful, I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Claims are straight forward, quick and stress free. Paul looked after me every step of the claim.

If you need a warranty for your car, use WSG! You won’t regret it.

I have just taken out a warranty with this company and was contacted within a few days. I have to apologise as I can't remember the guys name! but he was very pleasant and polite.
Obviously I have not had to make any claims as yet because I have only just purchased the car with a full MOT etc. I hope I will never have to make a claim but if I do I'm sure I will give a more detailed (and hopefully positive) review at that time

Purchased the platinum cover for a Ford Transit Van, barrel on the ignition became faulty and was happy as had this cover. Shocked to have it rejected as it wasn’t covered! This is despite it clearly saying ignition system on the platinum cover, also had a fault with the wing mirror and was told wiring is not covered. Basically not worth the money and as quoted when asked “we can’t list all the parts that are covered as there are too many” which translates to we can’t tell you what is covered! Buyer beware read the detail of what they will pay and won’t pay.

What can I say. Or where do I start. A massive round of applause. I take my off to David, Vaughan, Callum and the rest of the team behind the scenes. They performed and delivered. There wasn’t no ifs buts or maybe. As long as you do your part the definitely do theirs. I can vouch. This particular review is to reassure anyone that uses there services; that they do exactly as stated. To be fair I was anxious at first, as it was my first time going through the process. But having been through it and reached the other end. I shouldn’t have been. I would highly recommend there services. If you can cover yourself for as long as possible. As in my case it helped me out substantially. Especially for the unexpected. Out of ten they have to receive a ten. Ask me why. I put it to you Vaughan and Callum initially aided in the process being understandable and transparent. They made sure they liaised with me as to the steps to take; which I am extremely grateful. As it reached the clinical part David delivered reassured and finalised the proceedings. He didn’t allow any doubt to form in my mind as he practically walked me through step by step upon taking charge. David, Vaughan and Callum are a great asset to the company. Lucky for me I got to encounter them. Thank you warranty solutions group. I definitely will be recommending this company without a doubt. 5 out of 5 if you ask me.

I bought a used car with came with a 6 mth warranty from Warranty Solutions and didn't think i would ever need to use it - however i did and they were excellent - so good that i decided to extend the warranty - however they declined as it a Range Rover - Lee phoned and explained - i was disappointed but this does not detract from their previous excellent warranty - hence 5 stars.
