Rang with a problem with the cistern to bowl seal leaking..... Single phone call and Karen sent a replacement straight away....

I was going to buy a similar product from another seller but after a lot of messing about with the company concerned, I gave up and talked to Washloo instead. They are a great company to deal with and the product I bought is excellent.

My initial contact was with Alex who did a great job and really went the extra mile to ensure I bought a loo that met my specification whilst maintaining compatibility with the seat.

So far, their after-service support has been great too. Karen very helpfully filled in one of the blanks in the manual which mentions the power saving mode but doesn’t make it clear what this mode does.

All in all, Washloo have proved themselves to be an excellent company and I thoroughly recommend them if you are considering buying a bidet seat for your toilet.

Karen was very accommodating and was able to apply a disability discount for me, which, on top of the sale item made the electric toilet that I bought even more reasonable. Have wanted one of these all singing, all dancing toilets for many, many years and Washloo have them at a great price. Excellent company to deal with.

The loo is perfect for my son who is a quadruple amputee. It is exactly as quoted. First class.

Didn’t expect the toilet pan to be higher than an average toilet pan system height.
I didn’t check the measurements with other pan units.

We bought the Washloo Ultra DR toilet seat. Delivery was quick and Washloo catered to our needs in delaying the delivery by a day due to us not being in to sign for it.

The seat is a 5 start experience, working very well as described. We have a reasonable experience to compare against of using these types of toilet seats in Japan and Thailand and using this is definitely on par with the well established brands out there. I would highly recommend the seat. Fitting was easy for our electrician, it is easily adjustable and all the functions (including water pressure and temperature) work very well. The dryer is better than those we have experienced in Asia.

Customer service was above and beyond what I've experienced from other companies regarding their communication in relation to any questions.

Overall, keep up the good work Washloo in providing high quality Japanese-style toilet seats that should be on every toilet in the UK.

The toilet I purchased was a replacement for a faulty Smart Toilet. The toilet was delivered very quickly. I found some of the information on the instructions for use of the toilet slightly confusing. However, when I rang and spoke to an employee it was explained that th remote control was used on a number of toilets and not all the buttons applied to the toilet I purchased. The customer Care is excellent and the toilet works very well.
