Never been in such bad car wash…
Never been in such bad car wash services, self-washing 0/10, very low water pressure, better to wash your car with bucket of water instead using that service. Auto-washing no shampoo, very bad quality, still dirty car after washing.

It would be great if the service would…
It would be great if the service would be in English or German language.
Furthermore the invoice-mail-routing for my abo doesn’t work, so I’ve to lock in every month to save my invoice.
Washing is great, although 1/2 slots is malfunctioning most time, so I’ve to wait pretty long sometimes.
All in all it’s a good service, but please fix that.

I need to ensure that the company activates the mobile app so that users can check if the car wash is active. It's essential to have this feature to prevent instances where I arrive, but the wash isn't working.

Wash World does not have an app that you can use for the car wash. You can use the terminal at the car wash when you want to wash your car. If you encounter any issues with it, you can call our emergency phone number, which is listed on the terminal.
