Terrible Experience with Wash World – Constantly Out of Service!
I signed up for a Wash World membership, expecting a convenient and reliable car wash service. However, the location at Loftbrovej 2, 9400 Nørresundby has been out of order for over a month. Every time I attempted to use it, it was not working.
I contacted customer service multiple times, and they kept saying they needed to send someone to fix it—but nothing ever changed. Despite paying for a membership, I have not been able to use the service at all. It is unacceptable to charge customers while failing to maintain the equipment properly.
If you’re considering a membership with Wash World, I strongly advise against it. Poor maintenance, unreliable service, and unhelpful customer support make this a complete waste of money. I will be canceling my membership and looking for a more dependable car wash.

The queue is down the street. Wash World…… maintain your machines. It’s so frustrating to pay a monthly fee for a service we can’t use. It happens way too often.

very bad service, always one or two don't work almost the whole month. every time i want to wash the car they are broken. wash word is the worst. I intend to cancel my membership.

Mine is a basic wash subscription. The wash was excellent but the blower could not drain the water from car. There was ample of water dripping when I came out of the wash floor.

where is the soap
You tell us to prewash using your buckets, water and soap.
Where is the soap. (Holbaek).
Lots of times the soap is also missing in the car-wash.

A bit confusing at the initial screen selection. It felt like it didn't added enough soap on the car also the user is not informed on the steps that the washing program is undertaken. An info screen might be helpful during the washing process.
