This was our second visit to the Watches of Whitby shop in Whitby to purchase another watch. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and polite - we were also offered refreshments whilst waiting. We would certainly recommend this shop when looking for a quality, pre-owned watch.

Another great experience with the guys at watches of whitby a pleasure to deal with this wasn't My first purchase, both occasions where made very enjoyable with very polite friendly professional staff. Would hugely recommend

We popped into the shop browsing a couple of months and received a warm welcome. We returned today and was given 1st class treatment whilst my fiance chose his watch. The manager remembered us from before and asked about our upcoming nuptials in Whitby, a really lovely thing to remember about us. We can highly recommend this shop, and everyone is welcome whether browsing or intending to purchase. I would happily come back!

Initially wasn’t buying another watch… have 60+….. then happened upon WoW…..
And literally wow…. Great contact from staff, who also offered a discount, after a cheeky email…..
Delivery within less than 24hours….

Fantastic service provided by Watches of Whitby. Enquired on Wednesday about a piece and had it delivered on Friday morning. Flawless condition at a very reasonable price. Could not recommend higher. Will certainly be using them for future purchases.

Fantastic experience. From enquiring about a part ex of an Air King to collecting an almost new Santos, Alex dealt with a part ex value promptly and fairly. Dealing with Michael and Alexander in store the next day was faultless. I will definitely use Watches of Whitby again.

I initially visited Watches of Whitby last year. At the time I was strictly window shopping. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and indulged me when I asked to try on a few pieces. I made a mental note to use them when I was ready for my next purchase.

Fast forward to a fortnight ago. I made an enquiry about a watch that I had been looking for. They didn't have the model in stock but took my details and promised to call me when one was available.

On Wednesday, my phone rang, a Whitby area code!
They had the watch in stock! A deposit was taken to secure it, the balance was taken in the afternoon, and as I type this it's on my wrist and looking fab.

The buying experience from start to finish was professional, friendly and generally as much fun as you can have when making a big purchase.
My new Rolex arrived in perfect condition with everything you would expect from new. (It also came with a valuation for insurance purposes, along with a certificate from the Watch Register to show a clean history). Delivery was arranged for a day of my choosing, and the packaging was bomb proof.

Rest assured when I'm on the lookout for my next watch, Watches of Whitby will be the first port of call.
If you're in that neck of the woods I'd also suggest calling in; as the shop is immaculate, and the staff are super polite and helpful.
Thanks again to the staff who were excellent from start to finish, it was pleasure to give you all of my money! :)

I’m a simple guy and all I want when making a purchase is for things to be easy with great customer service. Something Watches of Whitby do in spades. Firstly a price to part exchange my old watch, no long forms to fill out or booking visual consultations, no 3 day turnaround for a value which annoys me as when I decide to do something I want it done as quick as possible. Asked for a value in the afternoon sent some pics and a brief description and the valuation was in my inbox that evening. This prompted me to respond to the email thinking (as it was when I got home from work) I would get a reply in the morning. Alex replied back! We then discussed the purchase of a watch he had in stock agreed the deal and paid a deposit via a link and off I went this morning to meet Leanne and Michael. Could not have asked to be dealt with by two lovelier people! Knowledgeable helpful and friendly. I have told Leanne that this will probably be the last watch I’ll buy as I have reached what I aspired to reach but there is already something telling me that I’ll be back to Watches of Whitby in the future. I will also definitely recommend them to friends, family and colleagues. Well done team and thanks for a stunning watch!

Brilliant purchase experience from beginning to completion. Email correspondence was swift and informative. Phone call to finalise the deal was professional. Made the journey and after finally arriving in store staff were extremely friendly and inviting. Watch was as described, website photographs were a true representation. More than happy to recommend this company and will use them again in the right deal presents itself in the future.

I bought my first Rolex at the weekend and thanks to watches of Whitby and in particular Paula our salesperson I couldn’t be any happier. We were made to feel very welcome and never under any pressure to purchase. The shop surroundings were inviting and relaxing . 5 star service well done 👍
