Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 66 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers report being charged recurring monthly fees without their consent, often after an initial low-cost trial or one-time payment for an app or watch face. People frequently mention that the promised app or watch face either doesn't work, is inaccessible, or was never received, despite the charges. Reviewers find the cancellation process extremely difficult or impossible, with companies ignoring requests or providing non-functional links. Consequently, many consumers have resorted to blocking their credit cards or disputing charges with their banks to stop the unauthorized payments.

A scam and the Product sucks

A scam and the Product sucks! it's just an app showing a watch face and after 5 seconds your watch switches to your default watch face. Also paid like 6 bucks to purchase and after a month they charge an extra 30 bucks on your credit card. These guys should be in prison.

Unfortunantly I fell for this scam

Unfortunantly I fell for this scam due to a Facebook ad. I used my Apple Card to pay the initial payment of 6.99 and found the app did not work. After research I found where others had similar problems and have incurred monthly charges. I contacted Apple Card to dispute the charge immediately. Also had Apple Card to regenerate my virtual account number to hopefully prevent future charges. I also emailed apps card support to cancel but not optimistic about it happening.
I also filed a complaint with Facebook which they replied they were taking no action, thus in my opinion Facebook makes them enabler as they were notified of the fraud. I will not respond to Facebook Ads in the future!

Fraudulent site.

Fraudulent site.

Online scam that has been raging for months. You buy an app for your apple watch but without realizing it you buy it outside the apple store and you are deducted €30 every month without the possibility of termination. Procedures necessary with the bank that reimbursed me 3 months of fraudulent debits and forced me to order a new credit card

Zero stars/Big scam

Zero stars. This is a scam that the price goes up every month. They have charged a credit card I had cancelled and the card company let them do it. There is no way to cancel the subscription other than the credit card company blocking payment. I’m pissed and may pursue legal action against them and the credit card company

As everyone here I got cheated as well but not even on my credit card but my regular bankcard, unbelievable how they manage to take money from my bankaccount, they even describe it as payed with an atm for which I get get charged because they are foreign, Lithuanian they are, tomorrow Incontact my bank again and Apple as well, both trying to blame the other party.
Apple HAS to remove them from the AppleStore because they make more victims like this !

A Cautionary Experience, but finally all good

Good News: I GOT THE MONEY BACK !!!

This is what had happened:

A Cautionary Experience

I'm genuinely shocked to see only negative reviews for this app! Is there any way we consumers can recover our money?

***The only way to stop this is to GET A NEW CREDIT CARD, what I just did.***

Here's my experience: I downloaded the Watch Faces Gallery app after seeing an ad on Instagram, intrigued by the immersive and visually engaging watch faces they showcased. Unfortunately, the actual app fell far short of what was advertised; it offered only basic watch faces, similar to what you can find in many other apps.

When I signed up, I trusted the email from "Watch Faces Gallery Team," but the email actually came from “support(at)bautista.watch”—a red flag I missed. To my surprise, after canceling the trial, my account was still charged €27.77. Trying to get a refund became even more frustrating. First, I contacted them via “care(at)watchfacesgallery.com,” only to eventually receive a refund link from "support(at)chronowatch.co," which stated that my email address wasn’t recognized in their system.

It’s been a disappointing and confusing process, and I’m concerned this may be a scam. Watch Faces Gallery, please assist consumers fairly and provide clear communication and a genuine refund process.

This company is fraudulent

This company is fraudulent, it steals your information and makes continuous charges like if you had a subscription with them. They send an automatic refund link and when you click on it and type your email, it says there's no account associated with that email. They pretend to act like they're going to refund your money and will never do. This company must be prosecuted.

This store is a total scam

This store is a total scam. I bought a supposed face for my watch for €6 that, by the way, not only DOESN'T work but also turns out they charge you a MONTHLY subscription without permission!!!! And the worst part is that it's impossible to cancel the subscription unless you request your bank to stop that automatic payment. It's a real fraud!

Total rip off

Somehow my husband downloaded their watch face app at $29.99 a month!! Three months later we are still trying to cancel his ‘subscription.’ Disputing with credit card company. Emailing Watch Face Gallery customer support resulted in an auto response of ‘we’ll look into it.’

The same story as everyone else. Somehow being charged 29.99 every month. Every time you email to cancel they send a link to cancel that doesn't work. No phone number is listed and keep going around in circles.- now on Month 4 of being charged and never using the app.

TOTAL SCAM and FRAUD!
