Brilliant and before the day

I had high hopes for my new watch, but the delivery was way slower than promised. When it finally arrived, I found it didn’t match the description on the website at all. The color was off and the band felt cheap. For the price, I expected better quality. Not sure if I’d recommend it after this experience.

Never received my watch and it’s been over 30 days . Try to contact them through watts app and call them no reply also don’t respond to emails Do NOT purchase from them complete scam

The watch a picked was on back order but a was very excited when you messaged me saying it was despatched now a have it a know a made the right joice and a would recommend my family if they need a watch delivery was fast next day

There was some problems with the supplier of the watches but the service was brilliant every email I sent I got a response in a very short time great service thank you watch pilot

The watch I ordered was given a delivery timeline of 28 days. I received the watch in that timeline and was kept updated through emails and they replied to my emails as well.
Will definitely order from here again

Great experience

Despite the watch I ordered being delayed and taking a bit longer than initially expected, which in today’s world is fairly understandable, I would recommend Watchpilot. The primary reason for saying so is that Dhanush, in customer services, was exceptionally helpful from start to finish. Swift updates when requested and clearly a nice person who’s an asset to the team. Thanks Dhanush.

Goods were returned with tracking and delivered on May 18th. Evidence and a photo have been provided by the courier of the goods on a desk at their Brighton unit. Yet Watchpilot are dragging their feet in refunding claiming they don't have the goods. Next stop will be opening a dispute with my credit card provider.

I ordered a watch for my husbands 60th birthday at the end of March.
We are still waiting for the watch to arrive.
We have had only 1 email 6 weeks after placing the order saying we are sorry for the delay, we will give you a 5% refund. Not heard anything else from them.
Beyond disappointed with this service and to top it off this has spoilt a special birthday occasion.

Fantastic service, despite ordering after 3.00pm my order was still despatched that day.
Great watch, really happy with it.
