Far from exceeded expectations
I found the site and checked it out, seemed great value, but I was a bit nervous. There was a mistake in the address so I sent them a WhatsApp late at night, even though they didn’t open till 0900. At 0920 I got a reply saying they had sorted it.
They asked me if I wanted the bracelet adjusting, I said yes and thought this might delay things, it didn’t they adjusted it and still got it out for 1600.
It arrived very well packed the next morning and is perfect
What a great service, I am super impressed and will definitely use again

Casio Royale purchase (black strap)
Was looking for the Casio royale world time in black. I noticed that everywhere did the silver bracelet but I needed a muted option for general wear and for work and travelling etc. Watch Pilot was the only place I could find the Casio royale in black so went ahead and purchased. Watch was with me within 4 days. Incredibly quick service compared with other dealers that had this watch on a backlog of around 10 weeks delivery give or take. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered a Casio watch that never arrived despite being marked as delivered. After days of waiting and chasing updates, I still had no resolution. Would not recommend based on my experience. I wish I had ordered directly from Casio instead.
