From ordering to delivery, everything was handled professionally. The product quality exceeded my expectations, and the customer support team was incredibly attentive and supportive. They answered all my questions promptly and ensured I had a great experience. I would definitely purchase again.Before this purchase i got some issue with the watch they investigate everything detailly and give me offer a new watch with the same price which was beyond the expectation..Really happy with the watchpilot team and the company and highly recommended with the service ....

Speedy delivery

Order took too long to arrive, Watch Pilot did keep me updated. Offered me alternative watches and i believe i am due a 5% refund.

The service I received was extremely disappointing. When I ordered the watch, the estimated delivery time was two weeks, but after purchasing it changed to four weeks. That didn’t bother me too much at first, but once the four weeks had passed, I tried contacting the company and this is the main reason for my low rating.

Over the following couple of weeks, I repeatedly called and left several voicemails, but none of my calls were returned, which I found very frustrating. I also tried contacting them by email and still received no response.

Eventually, after waiting even longer, someone finally answered and told me the watch would be delivered the following Tuesday. It didn’t arrive then, but it eventually turned up by Friday.

The watch itself is great and the price was excellent. However, the complete lack of communication from the company was very disappointing. If they had simply kept me updated, even with the extra delay, I would likely have rated them 4 or 5 stars instead of 2.

I ordered the watch on the 8th of March. Hopefully I will get it tomorrow, on the 8th of May.

Sent quickly (within 15 minutes of order was dispatched!) with good delivery options (I chose 24 hour, which isn’t charged at over royal mail price, which I can’t say is standard for every company 🫣)
Very well packaged and good returns policy, I thankfully will be keeping my sunglasses (that’s right, not just watches here) of which I got for an incredible price.
Given last time I was on trustpilot was to slate an awful company, I’m glad to be leaving a review like this instead. Well done WatchPilot!

Ordered my watch, 7 weeks later still no watch. They said they would keep me informed, the didn't. Cancelled my order and still had to wait 2 weeks to get my money back, then only got it as I paid using paypal. Awful company.

Disappointing customer service. Thirty-eight days after placing my order, I had received no communication or updates regarding delays with my watch. When I followed up, despite weeks having passed, the response lacked clarity and merely reiterated their standard 28-day delivery window. The replies felt impersonal and automated, repeatedly stating that suppliers had been chased and that dispatch would occur the same day the item was received. This identical response was given on every occasion.

Although they claimed to be in contact with their suppliers, no proactive updates were ever provided to me; communication only occurred after I initiated contact. They were unable to offer any estimated delivery timeframe. While alternatives were eventually suggested, by that stage I had completely lost trust in the company, leaving a full refund as the only acceptable resolution.

Overall, the service was inadequate—there was no effort to keep the customer informed of delays, no sense of accountability, and an overreliance on attributing issues to supplier shortages. It would have been far more transparent to indicate stock limitations on the website at the time of purchase, avoiding this situation entirely.

Great web site , great delivery communicating, great product

I have shopped twice at watch pilot and both experiences were positive and without any problems.
The watches are not widely available and I had to wait a while for the second one. Both watches are of excellent quality and well packed and presented.
Also, the price was very good and they offer great discounts from time to time.
The brand I purchased was valencianico and both are very beautiful.

Absolutely brilliant from purchase to delivery. Firstly, the price was the most competitive around. Then, the communication was excellent. From getting the right wrist measurements, to getting the watch delivered way ahead of my son’s birthday. Well done guys. Would very much recommend this company.
