Really good communication, and very slick process with invoice , delivery , tracking.
My order was a present for my husband and he was home when it was being delivered, so the packaging was perfect, very discreet to avoid ruining the surprise.
The watch itself was well packaged and beautifully presented. The watch is exactly as described .

Simple, easy and a great end result. Whilst comms were a maybe a little quiet I didn’t have time to worry as everything was prompt, the watch I recieved was exactly as advertised - and payment was also paid promptly. I even received a complimentary watch roll. Nice touch.
