I was looking for a way to drink less Cola and know myself that just drinking water isn't for me. I am using Waterdrop for 6 months now and it is working great for me! I found a few flavors that I like and even got a few free rewards with their points system.

Worst investment ever. After one week used filtered water, kettle completely was inside covered in scales. Descaled kettle. After one week again the same situation. Can't believe it. Bought Brita again and no problems

My parcel arrived promptly,in a nice and sturdy box.All the flavours were correct (I even received an extra apple box)👍🏼. Whatever you order from Waterdrop is always a really good quality product.Whether it be a bottle,a drink,a flask,or a glass.I highly recommend this company and it's products

The products are really good and it helps me a lot to get a routine into my drinking during the day. Ordering and delivery always very easy and quick.

Great choice to help you stay hydrated. Cubes are easy to use and taste amazing. It makes me feel.good knowing h these products are all natural. Also love the lucy cap, check it out if you want to make sure you are drinking enough water

I really like this product because of it being sugar and calorie free which means I can drink it during my fasting period. What I don’t like is waiting 11 plus days for delivery! This product is shipped from Europe so I don’t understand why it takes so long! Products I ordered from the US arrive quicker than this. I may end looking for an alternative product because of this.

I purchased the cola flavoured Waterdrops to use whilst hubby and i were overseas. We knew we would be drinking alot of water and wanted something to change up our water intake. We added the cola cube to our water bottles and tasted it..... It was disgusting. We both spat it out, and ended up tipping the remainder out. Extremely artificial and chemical tasting. Disappointing to say the least, after the hype and good reviews.

Waterdrop is my complete daily way of drinking more water. As I am not a big fan of drinking only water without any taste, I love that sugar free version of having a very tasty drink. Beside tea I drink more than 1,5 liters a day

When I order they get delivered very soon, however I use about 4 drops per day, they are very expensive & I may have yo switch to something more affordable

I love the different flavors and they ship very quickly!

I love the customer support team — they are always helpful and responsive.
My only issue was with the products themselves: my first bottle arrived with a manufacturing defect. The replacement also had a defective cap, and the bamboo cap cracked after a few days.

That said, every time I contacted support, they resolved the issue quickly and sent a replacement. Great service, but product quality could be more consistent.

Really like my flavored water. Very convenient and makes me consume more water on daily basis. A bit expensive, but in a sale it is affordable.

Great, love the water drops and been using them for multiple years in order to drink less juice.

I purchased and had a 3-stage under-sink water filter system installed in June 2025. Unfortunately, in December 2025, the system started making strange noises and stopped functioning, even after I replaced the PP filter, which is supposed to be changed every six months.

After discussing the issue with customer service, they offered me either a brand-new 3-stage under-sink filter system or a full refund. I chose to receive a replacement, as the water quality from this system had improved significantly.

Now, in the new year of 2026, I have received the new 3-stage water filter system, and it is working well. I also noticed that the system is compatible with tubing from Bunnings, which makes installation very convenient.

I would like to sincerely thank Kimberly, the Customer Service Representative from Waterdrop, for handling my case so professionally and efficiently.

Although the first system failed after six months, I still highly recommend the 3-stage water filter system. The customer service is excellent, and you can truly feel that they care about their customers.

What a joke! I’ve placed an order to try this and I’m really disappointed as I haven’t even received my order yet. I’ve placed an order on the 28th of December 2025 with no further update or emails where my order is up until today.

I’ve chased up on my order and sent an email to Waterdrop so find out about my order. Today I’ve received an email that my order is on the way and will be delivered on 13th of January! This is more than two weeks I’ll be waiting for my order to be delivered.

No where on the website was this information stated. The shipping clearly stated on checkout 2-3 business days. False information!
They’ve lost new customer because I will never order again from them. I rather order from Humantra instead!

Took my order and payment only to be informed product was out of stock a month later. I ended up getting the product from another supplier, Waterdrop were no help.

Product is good but customer service is non existent an you pay for items never knowing if your going to receive what you paid for..they either turn up or the don't 50/50 with this company....

We have had great customer service with this company, but have had two replacement machines with two leaks. They’ve been very responsive to replace the machine. Fingers crossed third times a charm.
