I had a very positive and accommodating experience. I felt heard and was offered several solutions to choose from.

I have been drinking water drop for about 5 years now. I love it and love when they bring out new flavours. Their bottles are amazing too.

The only way I can drink enough water. Not sweet, not like lemonade, lots of tasty flavours.
I bought the Lucy water carafe with filter too and it's a winner too.

I love waterdrops, easy app to use they keep you imformed

Lots of flavors, no chemical aftertaste. I finally started drinking water.

I received I waterbottle that were leaking… that can happen. I wrote to the support, and they answered so quick!
I have now received a new better bottle cap, and an extra little package as a apology!

This is a great product, flavors and all purpose bottles are great but it us disappointing the rewards points cannot be used to purchase the actual waterdrop flavors or all purpose bottles with points. This makes it challenging to use the points as many of the products are not something I would use. Please consider adding these options to the rewards redemption. It is hard to continue to justify buying more product when the rewards can't be used for something that i would consider redeeming when it is not something I would use. Fur this last purchase i was able to redeem some points for $ off the purchase but only a small amount which is not very helpful.

Placer my order november 22, and received an e-mail novemver 25 that the order was ready to ship.

Still hasn’t received it and Waterdrops just replies with ‘We are investigating’

So let’s see if I receive any package or just say goodbye to my money.

Always great experience with Waterdrop! This time I purchased new flavours. Ricola and new Fusion. All great! The All-purpose bottle I bought with drops is great, although I prefer the swing cap. It is better to introduce the cubes without removing the cap.
