From my initial enquiry through to collection, Andrew and his team have been 5* with their advice and helpfulness.
Waterside Wines was one of the few places I could find a particular English Sparkling Rose I wanted and being fairly local to me I asked If I might collect the bottles which I was told was fine.
Andrew's enthusiasm, energy and passion for his business soon encouraged me to add a couple more cases of white wine to my order as I wanted to sample some for an upcoming event next summer that will require several cases.
I collected the wine this morning and was greeted by two super friendly and helpful team members.
I would definitely recommend this business and highly commend them for their efforts with my fairly small order.

There was a delay on my order which was beyond Waterside wines control. They kept me informed throughout and were extremely polite and professional at all times. Due to the delay, I requested an alternative delivery date to accommodate a short break I was taking. The delivery arrived first thing in the morning on the alternative delivery date

Excellent customer service and good prices

Waterside Wines are really helpful, they contact you if anything is out of stock and offer an alternative, if you don't like the alternative they will give a refund. I haven't yet needed to do that, as the wines sent as a replacement have been gorgeous. Would recommend using them

Great wine at a reasonable price. This is our favourite red wine.
Ordered Tuesday and delivered today in very substantial packaging. We did have a lovely conversation with Andrew before placing our order and look forward to future deliveries.

Excellent service again!! I was struggling to order online, txt suzie in the warehouse she got my wine ordered and boxed up ready for next day delivery and received an invoice within minutes to be able to pay. They are always at the end of the phone should you need them.

I discovered Big Beltie Cabernet Sauvignon, when visiting a restaurant in Sherborne and really loved it. Then came the search to find a supplier, whereupon I found Andrew at Waterside Wines.

Andrew was extremely helpful and his prices were not bad, too boot! Fortunately, he is relatively close to us in Ringwood, so I arranged to collect a case of the Beltie and then looked at his others wines. After further discussion with Andrew, we decided to order a second case of various wines, which we are now working our way through.

So far all have been delicious, especially the Big Beltie Sauvignon Blanc, which is almost as good as the red.

All in all, it's hard to say which is the better discovery, Waterside Wines or the Cab Sav!
