After finding wine on website which was really easy to do , placed order and paid for wine. Had email to say order received. Few days later had another email to say wine had been shipped. Had message from courier telling me when and approximate time of delivery. Delivery arrived. Sturdy box and very well packaged. Will definetly use company again!.

Was really pleased this supplier had one of our family favourite white wines in stock for Christmas. Delivered by time specified and in perfect condition .Only downside was that I did not receive confirmation of order or delivery update and ended up having to call the company to check receipt and progress of order

I ordered a specific Prosecco that was not available and given an alternative which wasn’t as nice as the one I wanted

Went to friend in Cardiff in October, we went for meal in La Piccola itialia in mommouth, chose mandi pinot grigio to go with meal and it was one of the best wines I've ever had gorgeous

Used Waterside Wines for the first time and have to say aswell as the excellent wine the customer service was also excellent.
The initial bottles of red wine that I ordered were going to take a little longer than first thought. Got a call from Waterside Wines explaining and was offered an alternative or wait for my original order.
I decided to go for the alternative although it was only a 5-6 day delay on my original choice. Due to the delay I was given an extra three bottles of the alternative for the inconvenience.
Will definitely be using Waterside Wines from now on for my wines.

First time using Waterside, thought I'd give them a try as it supplied one(or two) if my favourites.
Really impressed!! great comms from Andrew who rang me to confirm a delivery day along with an update on stock and recommendations for future purchases.
Order promptly delivered in wine holder boxes, great prices and discounts on multiple bottles.
Would highly recommend, will be using again in the not too distant future.

I bought a dozen bottles of Le Clivie Primitivo. On the day only six were available. The owner called me and explained that the remaining six would be available in four days. So I had to wait a little but it was all delivered as promised. Excellent service and excellent wine!!

What a gem of a find waterside wines is!
I was looking for something special for a birthday gift. Andrew phoned me and guided me knowlegably towards my choice. He was so warm and personable, it was like sitting down chatting with an old friend - with a glass of wine obviously!
He went above and beyond- even organising a personal delivery for that special birthday bottle.
I can’t thank him enough. Exceptional.

Customer service was excellent, with a personal phone call with suggestions.

Tried to buy and the only option is to use PayPal, having used PayPal before and being let down, I was not too pleased.

Contacted the company, they responded with emails and calls, there had been an issue with the website. All was back up and running very quickly and I could place my order.
