2 months and still no order
Ordered swimming nappy for my son on December 1st. Still not received it nearly 2 months later. Tracking hasn’t changed since December 9th, DHL didn’t receive package to forward it to An Post.
I emailed after Xmas when it didn’t arrive to be told to wait another 30 days so their couriers can search their warehouse.
I’ve never had to wait 2 months for an order before. I’ll stick with Decathlon and Amazon in future.

When tracking stops updating and a parcel has not been handed over correctly between carriers, we unfortunately have to rely on a formal search process. That said, asking you to wait another 30 days after such a long delay is understandably disappointing, and we should have handled both the communication and follow up much better.
I fully understand why this experience would lead you to choose another retailer in the future. Your feedback is taken seriously, and situations like this clearly show where we need to improve, both in logistics and in how we support customers when something goes wrong.

This was an appalling experience from start to finish. My order was split into three shipments without any notice, yet I was given only one tracking number. A €500 item went missing, and I was forced to chase the company repeatedly by phone and email to get any response.
Customer support was completely incompetent and dismissive, and the issue dragged on for weeks. The missing parcel finally arrived five weeks after the promised delivery date, which is unacceptable by any standard.
The company claims to be Irish, but appears to be operating out of Denmark, which feels misleading.
I would never buy from this company again and would strongly warn others to stay well clear.

When an order is split into multiple shipments, this should always be communicated clearly, with correct and complete tracking information for each parcel. Failing to do so, particularly when a high value item goes missing, creates unnecessary stress and uncertainty. The long delay before the final parcel arrived, five weeks after the promised delivery date, is far from the standard we aim to deliver.
I am also very sorry to hear that you experienced our customer support as dismissive or unhelpful. In situations like this, we should be proactive, clear, and supportive. It is clear from your feedback that we did not live up to that responsibility.
Regarding our company location, I want to clarify that we operate international webshops, including an Irish storefront, while our main operations and logistics are based in Denmark. We understand how this can feel misleading if it is not communicated clearly enough, and we take that feedback seriously.
Your experience is disappointing to read, and I regret that we did not handle this case in a way that restored your confidence. Thank you for sharing your feedback, as it helps us identify where we must improve.

The shipping is exceptionally long
The shipping is exceptionally long, they took a week to ship it out, despite sending email confirmation within hours of order ( oops we accidentally forgot, despite telling you otherwise) the actual delivery is even longer than their shipping. They cannot any longer provide a delivery date. Neither they offer any compensation for the poor experience.
Update: it's been 13 days now for something that was guaranteed to be delivered within 3-5 days. Still no sign of a delivery. The support keeps saying only one thing -"carry on waiting, it will come eventually" nothing else. They flat out refused to refund the order, leave alone compensating the experience
See for yourself if you are comfortable with a scenario of waiting for your order to be delivered within 30!!! Working days with no guarantees of the actual delivery...

They're very quick to respond
They're very quick to respond, order didnt take long to arrive. I ordered two separate orders. A pullbuoy and kickboard which is sturdy, not like the ones at public pools and I ordered fins and watery goggles and a synthetic swimming cap. It's been really helpful as I go through my swimming journey.

The website is very user friendly, and the search bar actually works, unlike so many others! The range of items available is great. At one point I sent an email with an enquiry, and the response came back so quickly, and from an actual human!
