My package didn’t come out of the…

My package didn’t come out of the package automate. PostNL first said they would resend it, but nothing happened. I contacted Tradeinn on the website (chatbox en form), which didn’t solve the problem. Now in the end I finally get an answer, which is that I contacted them to late and they can’t do anything anymore. So no ordered goods and no money back. This is unbelievable. I will not order anything at Tradeinn anymore and advise others not to do so either.

I would never order from here again

I would never order from here again. Took almost a month to receive the order, THEN trying to return is a nightmare. The sizing was so off and I didn't like the material. Sometimes that's what happens ordering online. This company won't issue a return without pictures of me in the dress to make sure I'm telling them the truth!!! NO WAY is that happening!! I sent one of the 2 dresses back after struggling to find an address. We'll see what happens

They mislead the customer on delivery…

They mislead the customer on delivery timings. I waited 2 weeks for the item to be shipped and it is still not at their "warehouse" - they are clearly ordering in stock as they take payment and then placing order with suppliers for cashflow purposes. Dodgy.

Paint arrived spilled all over box

Paint arrived spilled all over box. It was not prepped right for shipping.

Thought it would be easy to get my refund, but they send template mail and send a message that I should file a complaint.

Yet another order placed based on total…

From 2* to 1* only because there is no 0*
My Order was finally fulfilled on the 5th June. The order was placed on the 27th April.

KEEP IN MIND ALL OF THE PRODUCTS ORDERED WERE SHOWN AS 'IN STOCK' AND AVAILABLE

That's a staggering 40 Days!! just shy of 6 weeks!

Tradeinn, Waveinn and every other 'inn' under that banner never fail to disappoint and deceive and send out blah blah generic responses to any email.

Yet another order placed based on total bull stock and delivery information. Tradeinn are beyond wretched in whatever guise they appear. I have yet to order anything from them that has just arrived as described or in the timescale quoted. WARNING - be PREPARED for that delivery date to jump 2 weeks as soon as you get that order complete email...followed by generic nonsense 'oh sorry it's delayed, we thought we had it in stock, its getting ready for delivery ....' blah blah blah.

WARNING

WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I ordered products on 7 April for delivery to a UK address. It turns out the ordered products were coming from Spain. I chased delivery several times with NO response. (There is no UK phone number to call and I don't speak Spanish!!) The order was finally due to be delivered on 23 April. Parcel Force didn't even try to deliver it - they said the delivery address didn't exist so they returned it to sender. I had a delivery from this crowd in 2025 TO THE SAME ADDRESS AS FOR THIS ORDER. That was delivered without issue.
Absolutely shocking customer service, will never use again. I expect I will now have to do battle to get my refund FOR THEIR ERROR

UPDATE: 29 April 2026
They have asked for the order number but with no way of providing it other than on here. I still can't communicate with anyone in the organisation - either in writing or by phone. This is soooo frustrating. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I still haven't got my money back - they are using delay tactics - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Late on delivery not helping

This is the second time I've bought from this company. My first order was a week late. My latest purchase is now 17 days late, and they don't seem to care at all, judging by the replies I get from customer service. They have been absolutely no help whatsoever. They want me to contact their shipping company for help, but that won't work as they didn't send me the 5-digit code. They say, "We will investigate the shipment," but guess what they did? AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
I understand delivery dates won't be always on time but let's be real its 19 days that little more than inconvenient

Rubbish delivery

Rubbish delivery. Ordered a dinghy to France. Was supposed to be ready to send but took a week to start off on journey. Then sat for two weeks in France. Finally went out for delivery. Claimed address error, but it was exactly the same address they had previously delivered to. Complained and was told it was up to me to contact delivery firm.

Still no dinghy. Looks like I will have to initiate a chargeback with the bank.

EDIT after reading their reply: This is just the sort of reply I have had to my multiple emails (order 67505042). No help at all. I wonder if they use AI agents? It is now a month since I ordered a dinghy I need and they show no motivation to get it sorted.

Edit after their further reply: They just keep sending the same text. I have emailed their support many times and they keep sending the same non reply.

This guys clearly have a problem with dates

These guys clearly have a problem with dates but yet, they insist on keeping those scam stocks/delivery dates info online. If you are willing to wait weeks, go ahead, otherwise, avoid. You'll never get your items on the dates they have showed to you on purchase time. And I know they are going to come here to apologise themselves and say this happens only time to time BLAH BLAH! They NEVER, and I write again: NEVER! made one of my orders on time! NONE of them! Those dates as are a total SCAM! You may ask why do I keep buying with them... that's a fair question! I'll buy because they promise to have EVERYTHING I'm looking for at that moment (which is hard to fulfill) but at the end they have NOTHING! They only buy themselves to the providers if someone order that item! This is a scam because other stores will be transparent reporting real stocks: if they don't have, they show you. These guys keep hooking you with the fake promise they have stocks that they don't and they will fulfill delivery dates that they never!

Avoid

If you’re in a rush, avoid. It takes weeks for the orders to be delivered. The delivery date you get when ordering is completely inaccurate. 6 weeks for two small items. Buy somewhere else locally
