Faith restored in humans! My daughter bought a car from a private sale! It had numerous issues and had to go back..made us sceptical about buying a car again! Then we looked at wavertree car centre. From start to finish Steve was helpful, polite and honest which made us feel comfortable! My daughter is over the moon with her purchase. Which makes me happy! I would definitely recommend this company!

Dealt with John over buying a Kawasaki Motorcycle. Skeptical at first as they are primarily car dealers but overall a great Guy, very friendly & knowledgeable, and a great purchase. It makes a very rare change to actually find a company that describes sales exactly as they are. Thank you.

It was just so smoothly done. I saw the car in auto trader, rang Wavertree spoke to Andy, paid a deposit, the car got delivered the next available time, Andy was so professional and polite even the staff that answered my calls for queries as I didn’t even see or test drive the vehicle, the delivery driver was even more friendly. The aftercare also spot on, i would definitely recommend this company to everyone plus they also have loads of nicer cars.

The aftersales of this company is truly woeful. After 6 days of owning vehicle had numerous engine lights. Engagement from the garage to resolve the issues (of which there were many) was almost zero. Would not return calls, passed from pillar to post, no response to emails, such-and-such a person is not here today blah blah blah. If i did speak to anyone they would mis-represent our rights and options. Long story short, we reported them to trading standards, citizens advice and the car was returned to them. We ended up getting our money back via Small Claims Court which was so avoidable. Truly woeful experience that was enormously stressful. Perhaps our experience was a one off because there are loads of great reviews, but our experience could not be further from those. If i could give zero stars I would. Glad we're done with this company.

Absolutely beautiful

I really like the car and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for.

The sales/handover was average. It used to seem a luxury thing to do, buy a new car, this felt a little bit like a conveyor belt.

They also didn’t know why I was there, when I turned up, as my original salesperson, had a day off.

Bought a great car from Wavertree car Centre with the help of Andy. The whole experience from choosing to driving away the car was so smooth. I was helped with all the paperwork all I had to do was pay for the car. Staff so helpful I would definitely buy from here again. Thanks Andy

I came into wavertree cars as my boyfriend has had cars from there before, I was showed around a few cars until I found the one I loved which was a Vauxhall Adam, reasonably priced for the year and condition, I drove away Friday feeling happy. I rang up today which is Monday as my petrol gage isn’t working on the car common fault with these cars they booked me in for it to be fixed with no problems, they really do care for there customers. Gary and Steven are amazing salesman nothings to much!

We recently bought a Mercedes GLC from Wavertree Car Centre. After a disappointing and frustrating experience with several other dealerships it was refreshing to find a salesman (Tony Craney) who was pleasant (before and after the sale), honest, reliable and did not over promise just to get a sale. It was such a straightforward process that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again.
