Fairly easy to use when fitting, I do not know how easy it will be to disconnect in a few years or the durability, long term. Time will tell.

The product is extremely good and doesn’t let the plastic pipe come out once fitted properly and I think in the long run the problem of leaks is finished

Very clever design push fit fittings always look very bulky but this is a pleasant restyling and the locking mechanism makes it very easy to release the pipe if required

i converted to hep20 a long time ago but due to your constant price increase's especially the inserts i am now converting slowly back to copper. only using hep20 for long and through the joist pipe runs.
in areas behind sinks and basins especially in the walls now copper solder fittings.

Great products. Much less hassle than the key version.

Had a good experience in trying out the new connector.

The only issue I had, was using it for the first time. I pushed the pipe into the connector until it met quite a hard resistance. But after disassemblying it i realised that I had not actually pushed the pipe in far enough. This in my view could cause operational issues. There should be clear instructions to make a note of how far the pipe should be inserted by making a mark on the pipe corresponding to the amount of space to accept it and to inform that the correct force observed when inserting the pipe to ensure it was fully inserted.
Also I would have liked a double click for locking to make the device more secure.
Otherwise a great product. Easy to assemble and take apart.

Quite neat and compact. I assume the pipe end cannot sustain too many cycles of disassembly.

Old type were difficult to remove with tool Especially when connected for a long time You went back the way with old type Now just need to keep price down
Much neater for alternative if pipes are exposed

The new keyless fitting is greatly improved on the old system which was badly let down with the difficulty of demountable the fittings.
