I purchased a honey mod from them at the end of 2025 and had been pretty happy. I decided to upgrade and because I liked three first item I bought, I upgraded to their wax mod. The item arrived in about 5 days, and to my dismay, as soon as I unboxed it to inspect, I noticed that the interior walls of the atomizer was broken into sharp shards leaving the entire item unusable.

Frustrating, but not the end of the world right? Stuff happens.... pull up their website and check their return policy. Email us within 48 hours. Done! I'd only just opened it. Surely they'll have me fixed up quickly!

WRONG! I've emailed 5 times over the course of 8 days now with no contact from them. I now own a pretty rainbow electronic paperweight.

My next step will be reaching out to my bank to initiate a charge back for fraudulent return policy etc. Don't waste your time with these folks! They certainly won't spend any time on you!

Why are you (if it's waxmaid) texting me you have my cc info but not my order, we need to enter it manually. So all you have is my credit card info but nothing else? Feels sketchy too me.

I bought a wax maid e-rig had a minor issue the company’s customer service was GREAT they took care of the issues quickly. I would recommend the device to my best friend and the customer service was on point. Thank You

this is probably one of the worst websites I've ordered off of. I ordered my water pipe and forgot to click a tiny box to change my shipping address. I've messaged you guys on everything to change my address and haven't heard anything back. NOTHING. Don't order here this site is a scam. and if there not, there customer service is just terrible then. I get the same stupid message than no operators are available.

Love the waxmaid pipe we bought. However, when ordering the replacement bowls, two out of four have already broken. The original that these replaced lasted months. Not sure if there was a shift in manufacturing or quality but this was a waste of money and has left us extremely dissatisfied.

ordered extra glass screens for a bowl so I dont have to clean so frequently. product came in fast and well protected. Will definetly be buying more products from waxmaid.

I made a purchase and just about every day since you have spammed me for this goddamed survey so this survey bugging me each day on end makes me want to tell everyone NOT to order from Waxmaid or you will be relentlessly spammed for this goddamed survey. Way to go, you alone caused this. Totally sucks.

The item was exactly as described and nice quality glass bowl very thick. I love how the hex shape keeps it from rolling when you lay it down
