My package was delivered a couple days ago, however upon receiving my package half of my order was not inside. I have contacted customer service about missing parts of my order and I have not received a response so far.

Where should I start? I used to love this product. The only hang up is that glass chamber and how they ship their products. It was shipped in a flat bubble wrapped bag…that’s right no box, no instructions. Then it arrived as a gift all broken and my sister had to dig the glass out of the silicone. They shipped another chamber but my sister cannot get that glass chamber on and I’m in another state. This ruined it for her bc I feel bad for buying something she cant fully use or enjoy bc of the lack of concern in getting it to her with instructions or even a fragile sticker. They sent it in a bag!!!!!! She doesn’t even want the product anymore. I’m fact it’s ruined it for me as well. They need to make all of this right.

It’s been a week and the USPS still has not received the order. I emailed customer service and they did not answer my question.

First of all, Great Products at an even better price. Super fast customer service answers questions right away. Fast delivery to put the icing on the cake. This is my 4th purchase and will be buying more from Waxmaid.

I initially gave them one star because I ordered an Area Plus and my atomizers kept burning out and actually cracking when I used it. I couldn't get anyone on the phone for customer service so hit them up on Facebook. They put me in contact with Jack and K.T. who sent me a text asking for my address. The next week they had flown to my city to meet some vendors and asked me to meet for coffee. They brought me a brand new Ares Plus, 4 new atomizers, and a Dabber erig! I've had no issues with the new Ares Plus, in fact I'm still using the same atomizer almost 3 months later, and just the fact that they cared enough to visit me in person and bring me all of that stuff made a huge difference to me

After a few mishaps I finally got my silicone glass bong and it was fully intact and doesn't leak.

I had questions of my order. I got quick response got my merchandise nicely wrapped .

My friend had one, I tried it. Ordered one...had a bit of a struggle ordering it with the strange 3rd party payment system, but it was all worthwhile in the end. Quick shipment of an amazingly good quality product. And mine came in red. Didn't even know they had that. Love it.
