I ordered a Crystor S Mini from Waxmaid…
I ordered a Crystor S Mini from Waxmaid about a month ago. I’ve been using it since, and the clear silicone on the base has since turned brown and looks dirty (the brown staining does not come off with cleaning, boiling, etc.). I emailed customer service to see if this was normal for the product, since it’s still basically new, and received weird responses calling me “fam” and not offering any real help for the situation. The last response I received said “hello fam. I’m sorry I didn’t satisfy you.” It’s a great silicone bong, but the weird customer service exchange has put me off buying more Waxmaid products.

Looks gr3at and pretty well built but sadly no matter what I do can barley get it to work
It seems to waste more dabs than anything

Webpage where payment is taken a little wonky. Took me 3 times for transaction to go through. Once payment went through, just brought back to Waxmaid webpage, no order number or anything. Never received any emails from them either. Thankfully in a few days I received item purchased, expertly wrapped. All is well that ends well

Only 1 star because they don’t have a zero/negative star option. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! First of all, they have other domains that they call “fake” I originally ordered from their .us domain, only learning a week later that the .com domain is the “official” one. After placing my order on there, I waited a week before receiving any communication. Keep in mind that their faq says 2-4 business days delivery. Two weeks later and I still haven’t received what I ordered. I have reached out through email, phone, instagram, and Facebook. All with multiple different accounts under their name. No answer. I did get a tracking number, for fedex even though they said it would be usps. Still no delivery or update from them. When there was communication (the small amount that there was) they assured me that it would be delivered in a few days, not to worry. That was last week. All the other negative reviews you see are true. This company, if they’re even a company and not just a scam, is the worst company I have ever dealt with. -5 stars.
