Always find ordering from Wayfair a joy and deliveries not an issue however would say that on the rare occassion when I’ve had cause to complain regarding a delivery issue Wayfair have been there to check issue and if needed refunded straight away.
All stress free which is appreciated as being disabled I hate it when companies quibble over details.

Missing an entire part of the delivery …
The courier service DHL only delivered one box. I even asked the driver if this was complete as looked less for a bed ordered and was told this was all he had the box says parcel 2 of 2 so some has it for sure. I had also booked the assembly via Wayfair (over priced!) - upon arrival the Tradesman confirmed one entire box with parts was missing as there should be 2 x boxes for the bed. Called Wayfair spent over an hour where I was told il have a reply in 24 hours but all replies now saying 2 working days. There is nothing streamlined here and still waiting for a resolution …. (Sorry but not even worthy a star) I’m sure the item itself if and when assembled might be okay but defeats getting it done for a new Guest-room when visitors expected!!!!
