Terrible quality mower shed
Terrible quality mower shed. Wood arrived split, no guide holes for any of the nails or screws, flimsy wood/parts and ripped felt. The customer services team were very nice and helpful but we are still awaiting a resolution. They wanted us to speak with ‘their supplier’ which I refused as is purchased from wayfair, not a third party. Because of this, they said they’d need the supplier to confirm what the resolution would be, so we’d have to wait. This is less than ideal and puts me off buying from them again - Wayfair should have the autonomy any ownership to make an immediate decision. Let’s see what happens but it’s really not a great experience overall.

Well I was very impressed by the service from Wayfair! Love the website and the ability to use Klarna for pay in 30 days. Really happy with my purchase. Product arrived two days after ordering. The only gripe was that it still showing as not fully delivered so I can’t yet leave a positive review for the product. I would definitely recommend Wayfair.
