Cheaply made and awful instructions.…
The furniture arrived well packed but when we began to try assemble with horrendous instructions it was evident how cheaply this furniture was made. This was so disappointing as we’ve always had great furniture from here.

Good value bed frame
I needed a double bed frame that wouldn't break the bank. The bed I went for had great reviews, the price was great, and the shopping experience wasn't that stressful!
Delivery was on time, but the delivery company left the frame at the door, and I had to manoeuvre getting it inside myself. This was the only downside to my purchasing journey.

Miss information.....
Got our delivery and was informed there was another package outstanding...it being a shed we decided to wait for the second before unpacking...delaying the construction of shed...after further communication i was told it was all in the first package! We could still be waiting if i hadn't enquired....the shed is amazing and initial delivery was as stataed when bought...shame about the miss information.

I won't be using this company again this is the second time I have had issues when purchasing items, poor communication, delivery isnt great and items arrive broken or missing.

When I telephoned your associate was extremely helpful and very considerate to me. She had infinite patience & understanding
I was very disconcerted with DHL delivery advice which was inaccurate and confusing. The goods finally arrived on 4/8/26 d spite being advised that yhevgoods had been delivered on 31/7/26. This was impossible!
I'm very pleased with the product itself and certainly fits my requirements.

The parasol and stand I bought from Wayfair are great. What was disappointing was the assembly which I also ordered and paid for.there was an email from someone called Robyn S at taskrabbit asking about parking. There is no way of getting in touch was taskrabbit - the website goes round in circles of ads. The morning Robyn S was due there was an email saying she/he had cancelled. I rang Wayfair, they didn’t know how to contact taskrabbit, gave me a phone number that didn’t work, and said I’d get a refund - which am awaiting. Made my own arrangements for the assembly

I bought the chair for my Son who works from home. Skeletal issues cause some pain throughout the day and I ve been looking for a chair such as this for a while.
It looks the part, compliments the room and overall does exactly what it says on the tin.
Its truly a beneficial necessity to the home and has improved health.
