I saw some chairs for sale at £199 each…
I saw some chairs for sale at £199 each at Atlantic Shopping. An ad came up for Wayfair with a sale price of £356. I thought this must be for two chairs. Sadly not. Wayfair referenced Atlantic Shopping as the provider and Wayfair had almost doubled the retail price. I spoke to both retail providers and they each said there was nothing wrong about this practice. I won’t be shopping at Wayfair in the future.

Wrong items supplied
Two man lift on all the boxes so why were both deliveries with just one driver.
Customer services outsourced and so had long difficult conversations
No parts were available to exchange and so we had to repack all the items before the collection, otherwise this could not happen. That might be fine with small items but we had a six seater garden furniture set to unassemble and repack.
Second item only partially better but couldn’t face the issue of returning it all again. Still got item missing and wrong items supplied. Also the pictures are not the same as the product supplied.

They use EVRI for delivery…
Ordered a really nice free standing lamp. Item well packaged. Unfortunately, item delivered by EVRI. Had I known that Wayfair used EVRI, I would not have purchased from Wayfair. 1st delivery notification sent at 13:31 stating delivery due 18:00 - 20:00. Only options are deliver to safe place (there isn't one) or leave with preferred neighbour (no one at home all day). 2nd notification at 19:47 (!!!) informs me that the package will be delivered 'sometime' before 21:00! After spending all day waiting for this package I simply could not hang around waiting until God knows what o'clock in the slim hope that Evri would deliver the package. Anyway, the package was finally delivered at 20:13 and left inside the building & outside the front door of the apartment. Sorry Wayfair, the lamp is great but honestly, I'd rather have unanaesthetised root canal treatment than have to deal with EVRI.
