Arrived with numbered parts and realised half way through assembly that two pieces of the same part were in the box with the correct part missing. Had to drill holes in metal to complete rather than take apart and return.

Ordered awning 9th july. A delieverly date was given at the time of ordering and that is why i placed the order. They did not deliver by the date they promised. I reached out and was told to contact them a week later! Unexceptable service from the start. When the delievery arrived, it was damaged! Instead of offering ss full refund, they offerred 15%discount! Why would I want to keep a damaged awning that cannot be used??. They finally agreed to refund in full and collect the item. They collected it but i have not reveived my refund!!! 23 days later still waiting for refund!!
Will never order from Wayfair again or reccommend! Please use trusted uk sites!

Terrible quality mower shed
Terrible quality mower shed. Wood arrived split, no guide holes for any of the nails or screws, flimsy wood/parts and ripped felt. The customer services team were very nice and helpful but we are still awaiting a resolution. They wanted us to speak with ‘their supplier’ which I refused as is purchased from wayfair, not a third party. Because of this, they said they’d need the supplier to confirm what the resolution would be, so we’d have to wait. This is less than ideal and puts me off buying from them again - Wayfair should have the autonomy any ownership to make an immediate decision. Let’s see what happens but it’s really not a great experience overall.
